This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property in the village of Vrahasi, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete.

Vrahasi is a mountain village with a few shops and restaurants to offer only a 5 minute drive to the coastal resort of Sisi, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete.

The house is situated in the top part of the village and enjoys great views of the mountains and the country.

A wooden door access in to the ground floor terrace.
This terrace gives access to two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has a separate entrance to the courtyard/terrace.
There is also a storage room on the other side of the courtyard.

An external staircase leads up to a large terrace which gives access to the living room and the kitchen. The views from the terrace are very nice (mountain and country view).

The house is in liveable condition however it would need some to work to bring it to its ideal condition as it has been closed down (due to covid travel restrictions and other reasons) for the best part of the last 3 years.

15 minute drive to the seaside town of Agios Nikolaos.

35 minute drive to the international airport of Heraklion, Crete.
