This plot is located next to the pretty Cretan village of Kavousi, at the eastern coast of the Mirabello Bay, North-East Crete.

It has the planning permission (allowance) for the construction of a house of up to 120 m2 on one floor (max. height of building: 4.5 meters), plus basement, plus attic.
Enough space would be left for constructing a swimming pool, terraces, pergolas, parking space, etc.

Ierapetra, the second largest town in the province, located at the south coast of Crete, is approx. a 15-minute drive from the plot.

The international airport of Heraklion is about a 70-minute drive away.
