This is a two bedroom cottage set in the center of the traditional Cretan village of Limnes, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete.
Limnes is a pretty village situated less than a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
There are several taverns and cafes in the village as well as a couple of small shops.

The house stands on two floors and it is about 80 square meters in size.
It is built on a private plot of 300 square meters which allows for a large garden as well as covered parking and patio/sitting area. The house owns part of a well for free watering of the plants and trees.

The house comprises an open plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor.
The fitted kitchen includes a cooker/oven, extractor, several cupboards, wooden worktop as well as a fridge/freezer. On the same floor and next to the main house is an external bathroom.
The upper floor comprises a good sized bathroom, a double bedroom and two single bedrooms.

Only a few minutes? drive to the small town of Neapolis where there are super markets, pharmacies, doctors? offices, hospital, bank and other services and amenities.

Only 35 minute drive to the international airport of Heraklion, Crete.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 minutes away from the international airport of Heraklion.

 

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of about 15,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbor, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
