Located in the pretty, traditional village of Mesa Mouliana, just a 15-20 min drive to the town of Sitia, Crete.
This property consists of the main house, a two level corner building of about 98m2, and a second building which has only been used as a storage room, in need of renovation, of about 29m2 with a yard and garden of about 140m2.
Both buildings enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, the valley and the village.

The main building comprises,

There is not direct road access to the property. The nearest road and parking area is about 50m from the building.

Messa Mouliana is a typical Cretan village famous for the excellent wine. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and Cretan flora. It is 20min drive from Sitia town, 40min from Agios Nikolaos, 20min from Mochlos fishing village. It serves with regular bus service connecting major towns. Three coffee shops/restaurant within walking distance from the house.
