This is a large house for renovation (121 square meters) in the center of the beautiful village of Sfaka which is a traditional village on the North coast of Crete on the east side of the Mirabello bay close to the coastal resort of Mochlos.

The house is built on two levels,

The lower level consists of two large rooms; the upper level consists of the good sized old kitchen and another two spacious rooms.
There is a comfortable yard/garden on two levels and a very spacious roof terrace ideal for BBQs or hosting guests.

The state of the house is pretty good for its age and we do not believe there is so much work needed in order to bring it to a respectable and functional condition.

The total surface of the property (covered and uncovered spaces) is 189 square meters

The village of Sfaka is part of a small complex of satellite villages to the seaside resort of Mochlos, Lasithi.
There are several shops and restaurants in Sfaka and the neighbouring villages as they attract a lot of business from the resort all through the year.
The villages around Mochlos are ?open? all year round for the same reason as many locals are professionals or workers in the long summer tourist trade.

Sfaka is within a 10 minute drive to the seaside resort of Mochlos.
The neighbouring villages of Tourloti and Lastros are within a few minutes drive.
The larger towns of Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos are within a 25 and 35 minute drives respectively.

The international airport of Heraklion, Crete is about one hour and twenty minutes from Sfaka.
