The pretty traditional village of Hamezi, Sitia is situated 7 kilometers west of the town of Sitia and several lovely sandy beaches.
There are several cafeneions, taverns and shops in this vibrant village which enjoys great views over the hills and valleys on to the coasts of Sitia. The village has access to fast internet (50Mbps) and there is a frequent bus service to and from the town of Sitia (bus stop only a minutes walk from house.

The detached house is 80 m2 in size and stands on two floors.
It comprises;
On the ground floor a large living room/dining room, a good sized kitchen with traditional features- marble worktop and sink unit, a small shower room. ..
Stairs led up to the first floor. On this floor we find 3 bedrooms (one of which is being used as a kitchenette at present) and a shower room. In front of the rooms is a large south facing balcony with views of the Sitia bay.
All doors and windows are attractively shaped, wooden with traditional shutters
There is also an external metal staircase to the balcony to the side of the house
Exterior has recently been professionally repainted and the inside is in good condition.
There is a Pomegranate Tree on the front left-hand side and a beautiful Hibiscus tree which covers much of the frontage
